Stay on top of your customers’ financing applications with real-time status updates.

Where to Find Your Applications

Open the app and tap the “Customers” tab at the bottom. You’ll see a list of all financing links you’ve sent, with the most recent at the top.

Application Statuses Explained

Invitation Sent

You’ve sent the link but the customer hasn’t opened it yet. Consider following up if it’s been more than a day.

Expired

The customer received offers, but they have since expired. They’ll need to reapply to see if they still are pre-qualified.

Offered

Customer has offers from our marketplace of lenders. They can select one and finish applying with the lender.

Funded

Customer has accepted an offer and the lender is processing funding. You should receive payment soon.

No Offers

Application wasn’t approved. Credit criteria vary by lender. The customer may want to work on their credit and reapply later.

When to Follow Up

“Link Sent” for 24+ hours

Send a friendly text: “Hey, just checking if you received the financing link I sent yesterday?”

“In Progress” for 48+ hours

Customer might have questions. Reach out to see if they need help.

“Approved”

Congratulate them! Ask if they have questions about the loan offers.
